  Is your workplace experiencing high employee turnover? Is your team complaining about burnout, stress or other related issues? Being a local Berwick based EAP service, our counsellors can see you either face-to-face or online to provide both counselling and coaching services.

Trauma Centre Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TC-TSY)

  As a licensed Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator our courses provide a non-judgmental environment for people to learn, express and grow. We combine both in-person, zoom and on-demand (video self-study) training to ensure you learn in ways that work for you.

Our vision is to empower people impacted by trauma providing both education and support needed to move towards their life objectives in a positive and humanistic way. We also provide training and support for professionals supporting others in mental health, trauma sensitive practices and supervision.
