Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training

Accredited 2-Day Course

Be the Support Someone Needs – Get MHFA Accredited Today!

1 in 5 Australians experience mental health challenges each year

Would you know how to help?

At Australian Trauma Education Centre (ATEC), we provide a 2-day accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course to equip you with the knowledge, awareness, and practical skills needed to support those experiencing mental health issues.

Many organisations are now introducing Mental Health First Aid Officers, alongside traditional First Aid & CPR Officers, to create safer, more supportive workplaces. All professionals are welcome!

Alternatively, many participants attend to build their general mental health knowledge without being sponsored through work and find this beneficial in their personal and professional lives.
