Our service is trauma-informed, so we prioritise safety, choice, collaboration, and clear expectations at every step.
Sessions are delivered by provisional psychologists who are closely supervised by experienced registered psychologists.

Attend sessions in person at Fernlead Community Centre. Clear directions and a familiar community setting can help you feel settled from the moment you arrive.
Provisional psychologists
Work with provisional psychologist staff who provide structured, evidence-informed care under appropriate supervision, with sessions focused on your needs and steady progress.
