Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

This is not your standard EAP Service

Aren't all EAP's just a waste of money?

Have you been advised by your HR professional that your organisation needs to have an EAP provider?

But why should you even spend a dime on your employees anyway?

Like don't you already pay them a salary so they should just show up and do their jobs and not complain??

You are wrong...

The Australian Human Resources Institute surveyed over 1,500 professionals and found out that on average it costs a business

$18,982 AUD

To replace a lost worker (this includes advertising, recruitment cost, lost productivity and re-training the new worker)

So my question to you

How many employees have you had to replace in the last 12-months because you had an employee who left your organisation because they felt:

  1. Overworked
  2. Burnt out
  3. Their mental health destroyed by the organisation
(yes... they do say this... we know we hear it all the time).

Why we know this works

Our clients sell our story

I initially started counselling with some hesitation, but it quickly became the best decision I made for my career and mental health. The weekly sessions provided a consistent and safe space to unpack work stress, and I could feel my resilience growing week by week. The reserved weekly spot made it easy to commit, and the savings were a huge bonus! Having that structured support has completely changed how I approach challenges at work—I'm more focused, less reactive, and feel so much more grounded. I can’t recommend this enough for anyone needing consistent support.
Sarah S - Operations Manager
Working with Aus Trauma Education was a game-changer for me. I was dealing with ongoing issues at work that were affecting my mental health, and the structured sessions helped me understand and articulate the impact it was having on me. The authorised report was incredibly thorough, outlining specific psychosocial hazards in a professional way that made me feel heard and validated giving me the confidence in moving forward with my next steps. I’d highly recommend this service to anyone struggling with workplace challenges.
